This type of report is tailored for traditionally constructed properties, without significant extensions or alterations. Ideal for properties in a reasonable condition built after 1930. This detailed report covers all aspects internally and externally.

This is the most comprehensive survey available, and an exceptionally thorough report is produced. It is typically tailored for old properties built before 1900, or with unique characteristics. For example, non-traditional construction , alterations, and visible signs of poor conditions. It outlines the root cause of defects, offers an overview of repair options, highlights the probable consequences of inaction, and advises on further guidance.
This involves a brief inspection of the property to identify any notable defects that may effect the value. Floor plans are drawn and property measurements are taken. All valuations are carried out in accordance with ‘RICS Red Book’ guidance. We provide all types of valuations including market valuations, help-to-buy, private sale and shared ownership.
